SAM 2 - Speed Activated Monitoring

The Parish Council has 2 SAM 2 machines, with one based in each village.  They are positioned at a number of key areas within the village and moved at regularly intervals.  The machine records the speed which vehicles pass it.  This information is collated and can be used to monitor both speeding hot spots and busy times of day.
